Triya was born in the urban city of São Paulo, from a common passion of 3 friends Isabela Frugiuele, Bebel Fioravanti and Carla Franco: beach, summer, sun.

Created in 2005 the brand arose from the desire to see something new on Brazilian beaches, with color, with art and bossa! It was with this plan that Isabela, creative designer and plastic artist, designed the young, solar, modern and colourful DNA of TRIYA.

With three years of life the brand had already gained its space in the suitcase of beach lovers and made its debut in the catwalks of the Rio Summer Fashion Week. In 2009, it became part of the Fashion Rio line-up and today it is part of SPFW - São Paulo Fashion Week, consolidating itself as one of the main exponents of Brazilian beachwear.

Triya Inc., and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “ Triya,” “we,” or “us”) recognize the importance of our customers’ privacy, and the steps to take in order to protect that privacy. This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for Triya.com. The statement does not include the privacy practices for partnered sites. We encourage our users who visit external sites from links within Triya com to read the privacy statements of those sites, as their privacy practices may differ from ours. WHAT INFORMATION IS BEING COLLECTED?

For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer's Internet Protocol (IP) address and domain name. SECURE ORDERING PROCESS

4. Reply to our shipping quote email within 2 business days by accepting or rejecting the quoted shipping charge. If you reject the quoted shipping charge or do not otherwise respond within 2 business days, TRIYA will cancel your order, and return all merchandise to inventory.

Shipping Options and Rates for Website Orders

TRIYA.com offers Fedex Worldwide Express Saver (recommended) or United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail service depending upon the type of products you would like to purchase and the destination country. We have found these options to the be the most secure, efficient, and reasonably priced. To determine an international shipping cost, simply place the items you would like to order in your shopping cart and choose your country in the dropdown box on the Cart page. Following are time in transit estimates for each type of international shipping option:

Fedex Worldwide Express: 2-3 business days

U.S. Postal Service Global Express: 7-15 business days

Keep in mind these are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. Delays can occur if we need to verify your order or in the event of adverse weather conditions or other carrier or customs delays. Although we do offer both types of services to many countries, we recommend using Fedex as any delays (although rare) can be much more easily handled with UPS. Additionally, UPS offers real-time tracking information whereas the U.S. Postal Service tracking information provides only limited information.

All Other International Orders

For all other countries not listed above, you must E-mail us and photocopy of the credit card used. Upon receipt of your order, we will research the best shipping option for your individual order and contact you by email with a shipping quote. To place your order, simply send us your approval of the shipping quote by return email or fax and we will process your order in the regular course of business (generally within 1 business day). If you do not accept the quoted shipping rate or do not respond to our email within 2 business days, we will cancel your order, destroy your credit card information, and return all merchandise to inventory. All orders are subject to product availability at the time you approve our quoted shipping rate and your order is processed. Under no circumstances will Tactics charge your credit card unless and until you approve of the quoted shipping rate by return email or fax and your order is packed and shipped from our facility!

Import Duties and Taxes

Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on Tactics.com. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.

International Shipping Restrictions

Tactics carries products from hundreds of brands. Depending on the terms of our dealer agreements, we may not be able to ship a brand's products to addresses outside the United States. To find out whether we can ship an item to your address, simply add the item to your Shopping Cart and select your destination country. A notation will appear next to restricted products and you will be unable to proceed through Checkout until all restricted products are removed from your Shopping Cart.

In addition, due to size limitations, we are unable to ship certain products internationally such as extra large travel bags.

Shipping & Order Processing

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 1pm EST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping). Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact Fedex, UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Triya.com ships to most international destinations.

Please note that international orders are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.

Any orders designated for shipment to countries are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the package is the Importer of Record in the destination country, and will be responsible for payment of any associated fees at the time of delivery. We are not able to estimate these fees in advance.

Import Fees may include the following charges:

  • Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item
  • Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier
  • Insurance: the amount for insuring the package
  • Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
  • Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs
  • Disbursement: the amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
  • Other Fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)

If the Import Fees on an international package are not paid upon receipt, the package will be returned to us. If the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the Import Fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and Import Fees.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to shop@triya.com . We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at shop@triya.com . Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at shop@triya.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.

For domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or replace the order at our expense. Note: Triya.com does not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.

ORDERING/PAYMENT

Order Status:

You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not see these confirmation emails in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.

If you were logged in to your customer account while placing the order, you may also check the order status by logging into your account and clicking the “Order History” tab. Note: registered customers who were not logged in when the order was submitted will not see their order on the “Order History” tab.

Triya.com accepts the following payment methods:

  • Store credit (for registered customers)

Triya.com does not accept checks, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order, with the exception of store credit and Triya.com gift cards.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Registering an account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and view order history.

With a Triya.com account you can:

  • Check your order status and review order history
  • Save your shipping information for quicker checkout
  • Create and manage a product wish list
  • Choose Store Credit for merchandise refunds

How to Register for an Account:

Go to “Log In” at the top of the page and click “Continue” under the “New Customers” section. Follow the prompts to create a username and password. You only need to provide your name and email address to register an account. You also have the option to opt-in to our mailing list to receive updates on special promotions and events at Triya.com.

Retrieving an Account Password:

Go to “Log In” at the top of the page and under the “Returning Customer” section, click on the “Forgot Your Password” link. Enter the email address used to sign up for your account. We will send a link to the registered email address that will prompt you to create a new password. You will now be able to use the new password to log in to the account.

PROMOTIONS/ADJUSTMENTS

Promotions:

Sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates, which may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. In order to take advantage of these discounts, you must enter the code in the specified “Discount Code” section on the “Shopping Bag” page and click “Apply.” Note: some promotional codes require customers to be logged in for the code to be applied and may not apply to sale items. Only one promotional code may be used at a time per order.

If you return an order that was placed at a discounted price, you will be refunded the amount paid. Triya.com will not re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are valid during a certain time window, unless otherwise specified.

Adjustments:

We do not offer price adjustments.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to New York State. Please note that tax calculations are based on the state and county shipping address on your order, as well as item price/classification.

For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet. Details may be found at the website of your respective tax authorities.

Exchange and Returns

Please note that international orders are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
